Fee Collection & Fine :
- Parents and/or guardians have to remit the school tution fee and other charges between 1st and 10th of the first month of every quarter. If 10th is a holiday, the next working day shall be considered as fee collection day without late fine.
- If the fee is not deposited till the 10th of the first month of every quarter, thenceforth, late fine shall be charged at the rate of Rs.5/- per day (including holidays) for 20 days and shall be hiked to Rs. 10/- per day thenceafter.
- School tution fee is to be borne by the parents/guardians for one full session (12 months).
- No exemption/deduction in fee shall be made on account of broken period/holidays or absence from classes.
- Prior to summer and winter vacations, if the fee isnot paid begore the last date as per notice, the scholar's name shall not be included in the attendance register on the commencement day of the school.
- No student shall be allowed to appear for examination unless all dues have been cleared.
- Non-payment of fee for two consecutive months shall lead to automatic cancellation of admission and removal from the school. No concession for the same is allowed.
Absence and Late Coming :
Latecomers shall only be allowed to attend the classes with permission of the Principal. Any child absenting from school shall have to give a written application, stating the rreason of leave. The leave should also be mentioned in the school almanac, and should be signed by the parents or guardians. Failure to do so may result in the child being sent home. In case of absence for two consecutive days, a leave application must be submitted to the Principal. Absence for 5 consecutive days or 7 days in a month without any prior permission is liable for action of the scholar's name to be struck off the school rolls.
All students are expected to attend their classes on the day before and also on the opening day after each vacation. Those children who fail to do so or those who do not return within three days of the re-opening of the school after each vacation are liable to be automatically removed from the rolls. Re-admission i spossible only if there is at that point of time, a vacancy and on payment of Rs.1500/-, which isthe re-admission fee of the school.
A student should have at least a mnimum of 75% class attendance per term.
